TotalEnergies has joined forces with seven major international companies to create an international coalition to support the development of the industrial sector and the use of e-gas (e-NG), a synthetic natural gas produced from renewable hydrogen and CO2.

e-NG can be transported and/or liquefied and then marketed as natural gas using existing infrastructures.

It can therefore be used by end customers without modifying their installations, making it a particularly interesting synthetic fuel to support their decarbonization efforts.

TotalEnergies and its partners - Engie, Mitsubishi Corporation, Osaka Gas, Sempra Infrastructure, TES, Tokyo Gas and Toho Gas - have pooled their resources and expertise to found the e-NG Coalition, which aims to accelerate the development of e-NG.
