TotalEnergies EP Gabon, a 58.3%-owned subsidiary of TotalEnergies, reports that it has signed an agreement with the Republic of Gabon to restructure certain provisions of the establishment agreement, extending its duration until 2042.

The company has also signed a new exploitation and production sharing contract (CEPP) with Gabon - holder of a quarter of its capital - on the Baudroie-Mérou Marine G5-143 permit, for a term of 25 years to 2047.

We are continuing to invest to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, in particular by recovering associated gas, and are continuing to implement actions to support our production", comments its Chairman Henri-Max Ndong-Nzue.
