Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. and its party acting-in-concert Beijing Jishi Venture Capital Fund (Limited Partnership), Beijing Jiaoda Asset Management Co., Ltd. and it party acting-in-concert Beijing Jiaoda Innovation and Technology Center both and shareholder, director, executive and core technician Gao Chunhai promised they will not transfer nor entrust to others for management the shares directly and indirectly held in the company prior to this IPO, nor propose to allow the company to repurchase the said shares within 36 months after the listing date.
Shareholders serving as company director/senior management Li Chunhong, Zhang Jianming and other company shareholders promised within 12 months after the listing date they will not transfer shares held in the company.

The Company's main products include the communication-based train control (CBTC) system, the CBTC interconnected train operation control (I-CBTC) system and the fully automatic operation (FAO) system. Its products are mainly used in urban rail transit, passenger railway, heavy-haul freight railway, urban rail transit, etc. The Company also provides maintenance services and sporadic sales. The Company mainly conducts its business in domestic and overseas markets.
