FIRST SUCCESSFUL BID FOR

COMMUNICATION POWER CABLE CONTRACT

WITH CHINA MOBILE COMMUNICATION COMPANY LIMITED

(''CHINA MOBILE'')

This is a voluntary announcement made by Trigiant Group Limited (''Company'', together with its subsidiaries, the ''Group'').

The board of directors of the Group is pleased to announce that, the Group has participated in the tender for China Mobile's centralized procurement project in respect of power cable products from 2018 to 2019, and has recently received the bid-winning notice from a tendering agency, China National Postal and Telecommunications Appliances Co., Ltd, which confirms that the Group has successfully won the bid. The project is briefly illustrated as follows:

Project name: Centralized procurement project of China Mobile in respect of power

cable products from 2018 to 2019 (communication power cable) (hereinafter referred to

as ''China Mobile Flame-retardant Flexible Cable Project'');

Tendering entity: China Mobile Communication Company Limited;

3.

Tendering scale: The total procurement volume for the project is approximately 69,910

kilometers.

4.

Awarded share: The Group is the third successful bidder of such tender, with an

allocation ratio of 20% and an allocation volume of approximately 14,000 kilometers;

  • 5. Awarded amount: Approximately RMB582,159,000 (tax inclusive) or approximately RMB501,861,000 (tax exclusive);

  • 6. Execution period of the procurement: The execution period of such procurement is from 2018 to 2019. Specific performing period is subject to the formal contract to be signed by the Group and China Mobile.

This is the first time that the Group has won the bid for China Mobile Flame-retardant Flexible Cable Project. The successful bidding is expected to have a positive impact on the Group's results in the second half of 2018 and 2019 and enhance the overall profitability of the Group. The board of directors of the Group expects that China Mobile Flame-retardant Flexible Cable Project will increase our turnover by a total of approximately RMB500 million for the relevant financial year, representing 97.6% of the total turnover of the Group's flame-retardant flexible cable series in 2017, or 15.7% of the total turnover in 2017. It is expected that income generated from China Mobile Flame-retardant Cable Project will be subsequently accounted in the second half of 2018 and 2019.
