The Board of Directors of Trony Solar Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") hereby updates the shareholders of the Company on the recent developments with respect to the suspension of trading in the Shares and the current progress of the Company towards fulfilling the conditions of resumption of trading imposed on the Company by the Stock Exchange. Unless defined otherwise, terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the announcement of the Company dated 5 January 2017.

The Board is pleased to announce that the Company had, on 28 February 2017, appointed Deloitte Advisory (Hong Kong) Limited as restructuring advisor to assist in the formulation and implementation of a corporate restructuring plan, together with the Company's legal advisor, Troutman Sanders, and other professional parties.

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been suspended from 9:00 a.m. on 21 June 2012 and will remain suspended until further notice.
