The Management Board of TVN S.A. ('TVN', 'Company') informs that on October 2, 2015 the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. adopted a resolution no. 1002/2015 concerning exclusion from the exchange trading of shares coded with ISIN PLTVN0000017 issued by TVN S.A., effective as of October 6, 2015. The exclusion concerns 166,279,128 of F series shares.
Legal basis: article 34 item 1.5 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance dated 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information may be recognized as being equivalent to information
