Two Rivers Water & Farming Company is a vertically integrated agricultural and water rights company. The Company is focused on building a portfolio of water rights and real estate in Colorado. The Company's water rights are primarily located in the Huerfano and Cucharas river basins in Southern Colorado. Its water asset area covers approximately 1,900 square miles. The Company's land holding stretches over three counties and include approximately 6,000 acres, including 1158 irrigated farmland. The Company's farmland is suitable for growing crops, such as sorghum, triticale, hay grazer, barley, oats, alfalfa, German millet, Sudan grass, and hay.
