UK Mail Group plc is pleased to announce that, following a competitive tender process, it has renewed its contract with The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (RBS) to provide collection, sortation and the delivery of its mail across the UK.

As the first provider of Downstream Access services, UK Mail has enjoyed a well-established partnership with RBS since 2005. The renewal comes as UK Mail continues to innovate, providing solutions that enable customers in the Financial Services sector to benefit from VAT efficient mailing options.

Steve Patrick, UK Mail Managing Director for Mail added: 'We are delighted to continue our partnership with RBS following the award of a further, multi-year contract with this leading UK bank. We are extremely proud of the vital role we play in delivering timely communications to RBS's customers in support of their customer first strategy'.

UK Mail Group's £70m relocation to a state-of-the-art national hub in Coventry last year has automated the company's operations while delivering exceptional service performance levels to customers, supporting the company's long term expansion plans.
