CERTIFIED COPY OF RESOLUTIONS PASSED BY THE SHAREHOLDERS AT ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON 08TH APRIL 2022

I, Aman Ghanchi, Company Secretary Unilever Pakistan Foods Limited do hereby certify that the following resolutions were passed by the shareholders at the 24th Annual General Meeting held on April 08, 2022:

"Resolved that the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year 1

January 2021 to 31 December 2021, together with the Reports of the Auditors and Directors, now submitted, are hereby received and adopted."

"Resolved that in addition to the First Interim Dividend paid @ 2280% or Rs. 228.00 per Ordinary Share, Second Interim Dividend @ 1510% or Rs. 151.00 per Ordinary Share, and Third Interim Dividend @ 1870% or Rs. 187.00 per Ordinary Share, a Final Dividend @ 2450% i.e. Rs. 245.00 per Ordinary Share (amounting to Rs. 1561 million) is hereby declared in respect of the financial year 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2021, payable on the Ordinary Share Capital of the Company to the holders thereof registered at the close of business on April 05, 2022."

"Resolved that Messrs KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co., Chartered Accountants, are hereby re-appointed as Auditors of the Company, to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, at an audit fee to be agreed by the CEO and CFO of the Company".
