The Company hereby announces that Mr. Ng Eng Ho, who previously occupied the position of Group Financial Controller for UP, has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 1 January 2017 and thus replaces Mr. A. Ganapathy who resigned with effect from 1 January 2017.
