UNITED RESOURCE HOLDINGS GROUP, INC. United Resource Holdings Group, Inc. (OTC Pink: URHG) a Nevada holding corporation today announced the termination of the previously announced transaction whereby URHG would acquire ServTouch Services Pte Ltd. (STS). The agreement was terminated because of the significant challenges presented by STS and the demands made on the agreement.
URHG and STS had announced that they had entered into a definitive agreement, under which URHG would acquire STS, on December 6, 2021.
