1. Company Details

   This report is for Unity Pacific Group comprising Unity Pacific Limited (ABN 11 110 831 288), Unity Pacific Stapled Trust (ARSN 111 389 596) and their controlled entities.

   The responsible entity of Unity Pacific Stapled Trust is Unity Pacific Investment Management Limited (ABN 47 137 565 149, AFS Licence number 338688), a subsidiary of Unity Pacific Limited.

   1 The reduction in the NTA per security to 30 June 2016 reflects the two capital distributions noted in section 5 below, offset by results for the period.

5. Dividends/Distributions

   No income dividends/distributions were paid or proposed to be paid in respect of the reporting period or the previous corresponding period.

   A capital distribution of 42 cents per security was paid on 31 August 2015.

   A capital distribution of 80 cents per security was announced in June 2016 and was paid on 25 July 2016. Refer to Note 19 on page 60 of Unity Pacific Group's 2016 Financial Report.

6. Dividend & Distribution Reinvestment Plan

   A dividend and distribution reinvestment plan was launched in February 2007 for the securityholders of Unity Pacific Group. The plan is not available in respect of the current distribution period.
