Due to the off-market takeover bid for all of Unity Pacific Group's securities by Sentinel Security Investments Limited (Sentinel Investments) pursuant to its Bidder's Statement dated 6 September 2016, Unity Pacific Limited (ASX: UPG) (Unity Pacific) advises the following changes effective 10 October 2016.

1. Resignations and appointments of directors and officeholders of Unity Pacific Limited and Unity Pacific Investment Management Limited.

   Information about the appointed directors is contained in Sentinel Investments' Bidder's Statement as noted above. No remuneration is currently payable by Unity Pacific to the appointed directors or secretary and there are no other employment, service or consultancy agreements with them.

2. Changes to members of the Compliance Committee of Unity Pacific Investment Management Limited.

Chris Morton and Valda Wheeler ceased to be Compliance Committee members effective 10 October 2016. The appointment of new committee members will be advised when finalised.
