Rhodium Enterprises postpones IPO

(Oslo, 20 January 2022) DLT ASA (DLTx, OSE: DLTX) informs that Rhodium
Enterprises Inc. (Rhodium) has postponed the planned IPO, scheduled for 20
January.


Reference is made to the notice of 2 November 2021 where DLTx informed about the
upcoming IPO in Rhodium. This IPO has today been postponed. Currently no
additional information is available.
