Notice Regarding Decisions on Shareholder Benefit Program

Uzabase, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") has made the following decisions on the contents of its shareholder benefit program (hereinafter "the Program") for shareholders as of the end of December, 2021.

1. Purpose of the Program

The program is intended to extend the Company's gratitude to its shareholders for their longstanding support, as well as to provide opportunities to experience the Company's contents and services to further enhance understanding of the Company's businesses and ensure continued support over the long term.

2. Outline of the Program

(1) Eligible shareholders

The Program targets shareholders owning at least one share unit (100 shares) as recorded in the

Company's shareholder registry as of December 31, 2021.

(2) Contents of shareholder benefits

1. Gift card with coupon code allowing three months of free subscription to NewsPicks Premium Plan (paid content)
2. Ticket for free attendance of video program recording by NewsPicks Studios Inc., a company of the Uzabase Group (for one recording session in 2022) (*)
3. Ticket for free attendance of a paid event held by NewsPicks, Inc. (for one event in 2022) (*)

• The Company appreciates the understanding and acceptance of shareholders that B and/or C may be cancelled without replacement due to uncontrollable circumstances, including the situation regarding the spread of COVID-19.

(3) Timing of provision

The benefits will be sent to eligible shareholders together with the notice of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in March 2022.
