Varonis Systems, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the fourth quarter and full year 2022. For the fourth quarter of 2022, the company expects total revenues of $139 million to $142 million, representing growth of 10% to 12% or approximately 16% growth at the midpoint.
For full year 2022, the Company now expects Revenues of $470.0 million to $473.0 million, or year-over-year growth of 20% to 21%. ARR of $460.0 million to $463.0 million, or year-over-year growth of 19% to 20%.
