This report has been prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards: Core option. This report complies with Rules 711A and 711B of the Catalist Rules, as well as Practice Note 7F of the Catalist Rules on Sustainability Reporting Guide.

We have used the GRI Standards (GRI 101: Foundation and GRI 102: General Disclosures) to identify the material economic, environmental and social impacts for Versalink Holdings Limited (the "Company" or "Versalink" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") . Using the topic-specific GRI Standards, we have selected the most relevant disclosures for this report.

This report covers the reporting period for a 12-month period from 1 March 2020 to 28 February 2021 ("FY2021"). We have determined the content of this report by applying GRI's principles of stakeholder inclusiveness, sustainability context, materiality, and completeness.
