On January 9, 2017, RealBiz Media Group, Inc. named Mark B. Lucky as its acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Lucky is a certified public accountant and has more than 15 years of experience serving as a public company CFO. His professional background includes working with start-ups, developmental stage and mature companies across multiple industries. Recently, he served as a consultant to RealBiz, NuState Energy Holdings, Inc., Intelligent Living America, Inc., and Ronn Motor Group, Inc., and was CFO for IceWeb Inc. from March 2007 to May 2014.
Verus International, Inc. is a multi-line consumer packaged goods (CPG) company developing branded product lines in the United States and on a global basis. The Company is focused on international consumer packaged goods, foodstuff distribution and wholesale trade. The Company markets its consumer food products under its own brand primarily to supermarkets, hotels, and other members of the wholesale trade.
