CANONSBURG, Pa. (AP) — CANONSBURG, Pa. (AP) — Viatris Inc (VTRS) on Wednesday reported a loss of $765.6 million in its fourth quarter.

The Canonsburg, Pennsylvania-based company said it had a loss of 64 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 61 cents per share.

The results fell short of Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of three analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 67 cents per share.

The generic drugmaker posted revenue of $3.84 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $54.7 million, or 5 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $15.43 billion.

Viatris expects full-year earnings in the range of $2.70 to $2.85 per share, with revenue in the range of $15.25 billion to $15.75 billion.
