Vietnam Manufacturing and Export Processing (Holdings) Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in machinery manufacture businesses. The Company operates through three segments. Manufacturing and Sale of Motorbikes segment is engaged in the manufacture of motorbikes in Vietnam, as well as the sales of its products to Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Brunei and Singapore, among others. Manufacturing and Sale of Spare Parts and Engines segment is engaged in the manufacture and sales of engines and spare parts for motorbikes. Moulds and Repair Services segment is engaged in the manufacture and maintenance of moulds for making metal parts.
