Regrouping Consulting Activities in Belgium Strengthening the brand Vision Consulting Group and emerging as a major Consulting player in Belgium Vision IT Group, European Information Technology and Consultancy Group, continues to develop its consulting activities in Belgium under the brand name "Vision Consulting Group" by merging Vision IT Group Belgium North NV and Vision Consulting Group SA.This intra-Group operation is the last step of the process initiated in early 2012 to consolidate the Group's activities in Belgium and make Vision Consulting Group SA the only operational entity in Belgium.
Vision Consulting Group SA thus becomes a major player in Belgium with more than 110
consultants and more than €16M of shareholder's equity.
The last consolidation step reinforces the Group's goal of generating more visibility in the consulting sector and reducing fewer operational costs related to having multiple corporate bodies in Belgium. In addition, the brand name Vision Consulting Group corresponds better to the activities that the Group offers its customers.
This final operation will allow for better synergy between the various departments in Belgium, which will maximize the quality of services offered to customers, built on the skills developed over the years by the Group in Belgium. The merger will have no impact on the continuity of services provided which will continue to be made by the same people and with the same professionalism.
