VK : completes change of GDR program depositary

VK completes change of GDR program depositary

September 18, 2023. Further to the announcement made by VK Company Limited (MOEX: VKCO, hereinafter referred to as "VK" or the "Company") on September 1, 2023, the Company announces that it has completed the change of its Global Depositary Receipt ("GDR") program depositary bank.

RCS Issuer Services S.AR.L. has become the Company's new depositary bank, with the respective agreement effective as of September 18, 2023. Previously, Citibank N.A. had been the Company's depositary bank.

GDR holders are not required to take any additional actions in connection with the change of the depositary.
