RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL（OFFICER,：）COMPANY SECRETARY

AND AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE

The board of directors (the "Board") of Wai Chun Bio-Technology Limited (the "Company") announces that, with effect from 10 May 2021, Dr. Ng Chun Pang ("Dr. Ng") resigned as the Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Authorised Representative of the Company as Dr. Ng would like to devote more time for his personal future development.

Dr. Ng has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his resignation that should be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The

Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary and Authorised Representative caused by the resignation of Dr. Ng, and will publish further announcement once such appointment is confirmed.
