Washington Prime Group Inc. (WPG Inc.) operates as an integrated, self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). Its portfolio of properties consists of material interests in approximately 101 shopping centers in the United States, consisting of open-air properties and enclosed retail properties, comprised of approximately 51 million square feet of managed gross leasable area (GLA).
