We are delighted that our projects The Pepper Store (Building 11) and LSQ London have been shortlisted within the Offices 2,000m² - 10,000m² and Offices over 10,000mcategories of The AJ Retrofit Awards.

Brought to you by The Architects' Journal in association with Sapa, the Awards recognise and celebrate design, engineering and construction excellence by the extension and improvement of life within the built environment.

The Pepper Store is one of the buildings within the Devonshire Square estate which had been originally designed by Waterman in the early 1980's, then known as Cutlers Gardens.

We were appointed to carry out structural engineering services by Blackstone on the major refurbishment of this 3,900m2 commercial development, as designed by John Robertson Architects.

LSQ London was designed by Make Architects and occupies the entire West side of Leicester Square in Central London, offering over 8,300m2 of Grade A commercial space and 3,700m2 of retail facilities.

Working closely with Multiplex Construction Europe, we were appointed to provide structural engineering consultancy services by an overseas client and CORE as Development Managers.

The finalists will be announced at the awards ceremony which will be hosted at The Brewery in London on 13 September 2017.
