On June 24, 2016, Paul F. Manley resigned from the Board of Directors of Watsco Inc. effective June 30, 2016. Mr. Manley resigned due to health reasons. Mr. Manley was elected by the holders of the company's Class B common stock, and his term was to expire at the company's 2017 annual meeting of shareholders.

The Company operates in approximately 692 locations.
