Item 8.01 Other Events

On November 20, 2019, the Board of Directors of Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") declared a cash dividend on the Company's outstanding shares of stock. The dividend of $0.06 per share will be paid on December 18, 2019, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 4, 2019.

A copy of the press release announcing the cash dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
