On December 14, 2017, Chris King, Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc.’s Vice President, Finance and Global Controller, resigned from his position at the company in order to pursue another opportunity. To assist with an orderly transition, Mr. King is expected to continue to serve in his role at the company until January 12, 2018. After Mr. King’s departure, Kerry A. Shiba, the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, is expected to serve as the company’s principal accounting officer on a temporary basis until Mr. King’s successor is hired.
