THE WOODLANDS, Texas (AP) _ Western Midstream Partners, LP (WES) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter profit of $287.8 million.

The The Woodlands, Texas-based company said it had net income of 62 cents per share.

The oil and gas transportation and storage company posted revenue of $723.2 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $697.2 million, or $1.59 per share. Revenue was reported as $2.75 billion.

Western Midstream shares have fallen 36% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $12.63, a decline of 61% in the last 12 months.
