He recently served as CEO of Centamin Plc (2015-19)and also held senior positions in Africa, Australia and other parts of the world including Guinor Gold Corporation and Ashanti Goldfields, now AngloGold Ashanti. Andrew is a Non-ExecutiveDirector of ASX- listed Marvel Gold Ltd.

Steven Michael

Mr Michael is Managing Director at Vimy Resources and is a Senior corporate finance executive with 25+ years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking and senior executive leadership roles within ASX-listed exploration companies. Chris Van Wijk
