EXPLORATION ACTIVITIES UPDATE FOR THE THIRD QUARTER ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2021

The board of directors ("Board") of Wilton Resources Corporation Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to inform shareholders of the Company that PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk ("PT WMI"), the Company's subsidiary listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange ("IDX"), had on 8 October 2021, released an announcement on the IDX entitled "Laporan Aktivitas Eksplorasi Triwulan

1. 2021" ("IDX Announcement").

The IDX Announcement contains, inter alia, the exploration activities of the Group's Ciemas Gold Project for the third quarter ended 30 September 2021. The IDX Announcement is required of PT WMI as a listed company on the IDX, pursuant to IDX Regulation No. I-E regarding the Requirement to Submit Information. The Company has taken the view that the information contained in the IDX Announcement is reasonable in all material respects. The Company will also make the relevant disclosure in relation to the exploration, development and/or production activities at the Ciemas Gold Project pursuant to Rules 705(6) and 705(7) of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist ("Catalist Rules") for the financial period ended 30 September 2021, on or before 14 November 2021.
