Jerusalem, November 28th, 2008 - WizCom Technologies Ltd. ("WizCom")
(Prime Standard: WZM, IL 0010830706), a leading global provider of
handheld scan and translation tools, today announces the financial
results for Q3 and the first nine months of 2008

Financial Highlights

* Compared to the first nine months of 2007, revenues decreased by
28% to US$5.8 million, mainly due to the extraordinary high
comparative figure of 2007 following an exceptional order from China,
as well as due to the effect the general economic environment is
having on business.

* Revenues for Q3 decreased by 16.5% to US$1.5 million.

* Gross profit for the nine months came in at US$2.3 million,
equivalent to a 40% gross margin and remaining at the level for the
same period in 2007.

* Gross profit for Q3 was US$632,000. Gross Margin for Q3 was 42.4%,
slightly down from the GM for Q3 of 2007 but up substantially from
37% in the previous quarter.

* The operating loss for the first nine months was US$804,000 as
compared to an operating profit of US$320,000 for the comparable
period in 2007. The operating loss was mainly related to the increase
in the Company's cost base due to currency fluctuation issues.
Furthermore, the current global financial crisis has led decreasing
revenues with a resulting increase in the operational loss.

* The operating loss for Q3 was US$268,000, compared to an operating
loss of US$61,000 for Q3 of 2007.

* For the nine months, the net loss came in at US$788,000, compared
to a US$209,000 profit for 2007.

* Net loss for Q3 was US$213,000, compared to a net loss of US$99,000
for Q3 of 2007. Compared to Q2, the net loss improved from
US$319,000.

* Cash and cash equivalents at the end of the quarter stood at
US$255,000, up from US$200,000 at the end of Q2 2008 and compared to
US$ 388,000 as of December 31, 2007.

Comments and Outlook

Mr. Ronen Elad, CEO of WizCom Technologies, stated: "Although our
revenues declined in comparison to 2007 and Q2 of 2008, we have
managed to stabilize our cash flow situation and are pleased to
report we have increased the cash at hand compared to the last
quarter. The market continues to be tough, but we do see some
positives. Firstly, the quarter over quarter decline in revenues has
slowed down. Secondly, the cost control measures we have been
implementing are starting to sort effect and we are confident we can
continue to strengthen our bottom line performance."

"The general economy is having an effect on the company's performance
and we are moving more slowly towards profitability than anticipated
at the beginning of the year, but we do anticipate we will continue
to benefit from our turnaround strategy. Nevertheless and as of
today, we are still confident of a further improvement in our
operations for the fourth quarter. For the full year we expect
revenues to come in at around US$8 million, slightly below the
guidance provided at the end of Q2."

An international Conference Call will be held on Monday, December 1st
at 11:00 h (CET) in order to discuss results with the management.
