WMS Industries Inc. (NYSE:WMS) today announced that it expects to release its fiscal 2013 fourth quarter and year end results after the market closes on Thursday, August 29, 2013, which is expected to be concurrent with the Company's filing of its fiscal 2013 annual report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

As previously announced, no conference call will be held. On January 30, 2013, WMS entered into a definitive merger agreement whereby Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq:SGMS) has agreed to acquire WMS for $26.00 in cash per common share.
