The first export of high strength heavy rail from WISCO to Indonesia

On Nov. 20, WISCO had success mass production of high strength heavy rail 54E1 as per the most strict railway rail standards of the world ------ EN standards of European Union of Railway. And all property indexes satisfied with the technical requirements of the customer, which will be export to Java Island of Indonesia, signifying that WISCO's overseas strategy of heavy rails has stepped out a solid pace.

In order to meet the strict requirements of the costumer, WISCO set up a technical research team of "production-sales-research-trade", and organized trail production of products to develop new varieties of high strength heavy rails. With the preconditions of good results of trail production, we actively contacted and negotiated with costumer to facilitate the costumer signing the contract. During the mass production, WISCO makes sufficient production preparation and implements a complete set of "competitive products" project, and organizes production as per the standards for producing domestic high speed heavy rails. Meanwhile overcoming the production difficulties, due to the relative hard materials of the products, to simultaneously ensure the product accuracy, flatness and surface quality, technicians strictly supervise the product quality to ensure the heavy rail export contract will be fulfilled as per delivery schedule with good quality.
