This year, WISCO Sales Center gave full play of the ¡°inverted pyramid¡± mechanism to seek for clients and catch their demand, and adjust structure and develop market unswervingly. In order to win the bidding, WISCO Sales center organized teams from production, marketing and research departments to participate. Based on collecting, systemizing and analyzing information of market and other bidders, WISCO Sales center compared the capacity, quality, price, delivery time, share of supply of other bidders, got itself fully prepared in response and deviation clarification, and made bidding plan reasonably to meet all requirements of the bidding. In one week, WISCO Sales center finished 4 bidding documents for the intense competitive bidding of ¡°competing for orders¡± with other 11 steelmakers, and was selected as the supplier ofSINOPEC¡¯s first stage long distance pipeline steel and 100,000m 3 oil tank steel through annual frame agreement procurement.
