XINJIANG LA CHAPELLE FASHION CO., LTD. The board of directors of Shanghai La Chapelle Fashion Co., Ltd. announced that, upon recommendation of the nomination committee of the Board, the Board nominated Mr. Wang Wenke as an executive Director. Mr. Wang, aged 44, has been appointed as the executive vice president of the company since 2 February 2015. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Wang served as credit manager in China Citic Industrial Bank (now known as China Citic Bank) Weihai Branch from July 1995 to February 1998.
From February 1998 to February 2002, Mr. Wang held positions of head of human resources department and head of marketing department in Weihai Hamada Printing Press Co., Ltd. He worked in Sinochem International Corporation as assistant president from June 2002 to February 2015. The appointment of Mr. Wang as an executive Director will be subject to approval by the shareholders of the company in the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting of the company.
