Signs MOU for Acquisition of Candidate Site for Production Facility
Yakult Honsha Co., Ltd. (President: Hiroshi Narita) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Yakult U.S.A. Inc., signed a memorandum of understanding with Bartow County, Georgia, and Cartersville-Bartow County Department of Economic Development on July 18, 2023 (U.S. Eastern Time Zone) for the acquisition of a candidate site for building its second production facility in U.S.A.
