Yangtzekiang Garment Limited Appoints Choi Ting Ki as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee

The board of directors of Yangtzekiang Garment Limited announced that Mr. Choi Ting Ki has been appointed as an Independent Non-executive Director of the company and a member of the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the company, all with effect from 10 December 2012. Mr. Choi, aged 58, is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Jing'an District, Shanghai, and Honorary Vice-Chairman of the Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese of Jing'an District, Shanghai.
