Sustainable Eurobond issuance amounting to US$ 500 million
On 7 September 2023, Yapı Kredi successfully completed its first Sustainable Eurobond issuance with a nominal amount of USD 500 million. Yapı Kredi intends to use the proceeds from this offering in compliance with Sustainable Finance Framework.
The yield and the coupon rate have been set at 9.375% and 9.25%, respectively for USD 500 million fixed rate notes with semi-annual interest payment, having a maturity on October 16th, 2028 with a term of 5 years and 1 month. The issuance is planned to be completed on 13 September 2023, following the receipt of the Issuance Certificate from the CMB.
