(OTC Bulletin Board: YESD), a direct-to-consumer marketer and global distributor of consumer goods and products, announced today that it has successfully signed an agreement with Simply Music(TM) to become their exclusive direct response television (DRTV) marketer. YesDTC's first DRTV campaign is scheduled to launch May 22nd in 15 markets.

Under the terms of the agreement, YesDTC will hold the exclusive worldwide rights to market and sell the learn-at-home Simply Music program. As part of this important marketing campaign, YesDTC will launch a 30 minute infomercial in selected U.S. media markets starting on May 22, 2010. YesDTC's campaign for the Simply Music product will be produced by the acclaimed Schulberg Media Works (SMW) group and will capitalize on a similar marketing promotion that ran several years ago and generated significant revenues.

Simply Music(TM) is the revolutionary Australian-developed music learning program that is being hailed as the most remarkable piano playing learning method ever created.
