Subject: Appointment of new members of the Supervisory Board of ZT "Kruszwica" S.A.

The Management Board of Zakłady Tłuszczowe "Kruszwica" Spółka Akcyjna (hereinafter: the Company) informs that during the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, on April 1, 2021, an authorized shareholder of Koninklijke Bunge B.V., pursuant to § 13 sec. 2 litem a of the Company's Articles of Association, appointed Ms Ana Lucia Nadalin to the Supervisory Board. The Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company, acting pursuant to §13 sec. 2 litem d) of the Articles of Association, appointed Mr. Simon Stoakes.

Ms. Ana Lucia Nadalin holds bachelor degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo, Brasil, where she graduated in 1997. She also holds a degree of Master in Business Administration from the University of Michigan (graduated in 2004).

Ms. Ana Lucia Nadalin started here professional career at A.T. Kearney, where between 2004 and 2011 she held the position of a consultant. In 2011 she joined Bunge where she held the following positions: Brazil FP&A Director (2011 - 2017), South America FP&A director (2017 - 2019) and Global Finance transformation (2019-2020). Since 2020 Ana Lucia Nadalin has been the Bunge Europe Softseed Finance Partner.

The activities conducted by Ms. Ana Lucia Nadalin outside the Company are not competitive to the Company. Ms. Ana Lucia Nadalin does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of the body of a capital company or in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. Ms. Ana Lucia Nadalin is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the act on the National Court Register.

Mr. Simon Stoakes graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University, where he obtained a BA in International Business and Finance in 1998. In 1999-2002, Mr. Simon Stoakes obtained the ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants) qualification, after which he moved to Switzerland. In 2003, he joined the accounting and auditing company BDO Visura in Geneva, and then in August 2005 he joined Bunge SA. From 2005, Mr. Simon Stoakes held a variety of financial roles before assuming his current role as risk management and supply chain controller in January 2020 under the Global Controller Bunge Ltd.

The activities conducted by Mr. Simon Stoakes outside the Company are not competitive to the Company. Mr. Simon Stoakes also does not participate in a competitive company as a partner in a civil partnership, partnership or as a member of the body of a capital company, or in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. Mr. Simon Stoakes is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the act on the National Court Register.
