EMERYVILLE, Calif., May 5, 2014 - Powered by Zip, a part of ZipRealty, Inc., a provider of technology for residential real estate brokerages and agents, today announced the launch of its integrated SaaS solution along with four inaugural clients. The PbZ SaaS solution provides third-party brokerages with an individually branded, integrated solution for consumers, agents and brokers. The consumer experience includes a broker-branded website, mobile website and mobile app. Agents benefit from a mobile-optimized CRM that is fully connected to the consumer experience. The SaaS product line also includes business and transaction management modules for brokers. The Q Realty, Inc., Coldwell Banker Vanguard, Century 21 Premier Group and Prudential Utah Real Estate are the first four clients to sign on to the new SaaS solution.

The new SaaS solution was built by ZipRealty, Inc., a digital brokerage pioneer with 15 years of experience developing forward-thinking technology for the real estate industry. Predictive Technology Powers SaaS Product

At the heart of the new SaaS solution is the Zap Score, predictive technology built and used by ZipRealty to help agents - and ultimately brokerages - run their businesses more efficiently. This lead-scoring system analyzes relevant consumer activities on the brokerage's website and mobile app to assign each consumer a score. In turn, agents can use the Zap Score to prioritize their day and deliver better service to consumers. The Zap Score is driven by a proprietary algorithm that analyzes a wide array of online consumer activity. As relevant consumer activity ramps up, so does the Zap Score, which then alerts the consumer's real estate agent to provide real estate services, such as showing a home or scheduling a home visit.
