Of all the apps in the Find the Perfect Home collection, ZipRealty is the only app with patented StreetScan(TM) technology or augmented reality. StreetScan allows consumers to peer through their iPhone camera while walking or driving through a neighborhood to see which properties are for sale, how much those homes cost and which properties recently sold. In early March, ZipRealty released upgrades to its iOS app, including:

        performance from 1 to 10, with 10 being the best.
    --  New map boundaries that allow users to search for homes on the map by

    --  Improved functionality of its Ask a Question/Request Visit Forms, making

        the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
