First flight of the MC21
Zodiac Aerospace is a major partner of the program
Plaisir, May 29, 2017 - Zodiac Aerospace is delighted at the first flight of theMC21 which took place yesterday and congratulates Irkut and its team on the success of this important milestone in the program. MC-21 is a commercial aircraft dedicated to transport 163 to 211 passengers with a range of 6000 km.
Zodiac Aerospace is a major partner of this program, being in charge of 5 Primary Systems: Fuel (both circulation and fuel quantity measurement), Neutral Gas System (interting), Oxygen System (crew), Primary Power Distribution System (PPDS), Integrated Interiors (including passenger and technical seats, water and waste, all cockpit and cabin furnishings, all lights - including emergency, passenger oxygen and PSU).
In addition to these systems Zodiac is supplying escape slides, Cabin Control and Monitoring Systems, Windshield Wipers.
