Zynga Inc. (Zynga) is a provider of interactive entertainment. The Company develops, markets, and operates social games as live services played on mobile platforms, such as iPhone operating system (iOS) and Android operating system, social networking platforms, such as Facebook and Snapchat, Personal Computers (PCs), consoles, such as Nintendo's Switch and other platforms. It operates a range of social games including CSR Racing 2, Empires & Puzzles, FarmVille, Merge Dragons!, Merge Magic!, Toon Blast, Toy Blast, Words With Friends and Zynga Poker, as well as its Social Slots, Casual Cards and hyper-casual game portfolios. Zynga's live services platform is its first-party data network, which captures insights about how its players are interacting with its games. It uses this data to deliver engaging interactive experiences for its players, optimize its user acquisition and determine how to monetize its games, and provides advertising services.
