This was the first time that ACTIA participated in the 2016 Busworld India exhibition, demonstrating the Group's desire to develop its business on the bus and coach market in India. The country is the world's 5th ranking commercial vehicle manufacturer, producing 700,000 commercial vehicles a year and the market is growing fast. Supported by public buyers, the boom in the construction of road networks has been a real boost to the automotive sector. ACTIA has been present in India for 14 years. The ACTIA subsidiary and its integration unit (power converters and clusters) based in New Delhi include some of the country's main manufacturers in its customer portfolio: Tata Motors, Ashok Leyland, Force Motors, Swaraj Mazda, Corona, and Veera. ACTIA provides them with cutting-edge electronic solutions for vehicle architecture and instrumentation in particular. The instrumentation range that was showcased on ACTIA's stand at Busworld featured a wide selection of multifunctional clusters, which are customizable and available in various formats. Through this strong presence, the ACTIA Group, a long-standing expert in on-board electronics, highlighted its international dimension, its capacity for innovation, and its production power, with no less than a million buses and coaches equipped around the world.
