Actia has announced net income from continuing operations of eight million euros for 2023, compared with 1.1 million the previous year, and EBITDA from continuing operations up by 4.7% to 42.8 million, representing a margin of 7.4%.

At 579.3 million euros, the electronics group's sales rose by 15.9%, in line with its annual target of 15%, and reached an all-time high, driven by both its automotive (+21.5%) and telecom (+10.2%) divisions.

A dividend of 0.12 euro per share will be proposed to the AGM convened for May 28. Actia anticipates slight sales growth of between 3% and 5% in 2024, but its sales target of 800 million euros has been postponed to 2027.
