Announcement pursuant to § 19 Co-Determination Act (Mitbestimmungsgesetz - MitbestG)Pursuant to § 19 MitbestG we hereby announce as follows:
On May 12, 2016, the Annual General Meeting resolved to extend the Supervisory Board from twelve to sixteen members. Two of the total of four new members come from the side of the shareholders and the employees of adidas AG.
The election of the two additional employee representatives of adidas AG took place on October 4th and 5th, 2016.
In the context of this election, the following employee representatives have been elected onto the Supervisory Board:
Udo Müller Kurt Wittmann
The term of office of the newly elected employee representatives begins on October 6th, 2016 and expires as scheduled at the end of the Annual General Meeting in May 2019.
The term of office of the employee representatives appointed by the court in June has thus expired.
