Mr. Jean-Marc Janaillac is appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Director of Air France-KLM

The Board of Directors has decided during its meeting held on June 22, 2016 to appoint Mr. Jean-Marc Janaillac as Director and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Air France-KLM in replacement of  Mr. Alexandre de Juniac, with effect from 4 July 2016.

This appointment has been decided in accordance with the succession plan determined by the Board on May 1st, 2016.

Mr. Jean-Marc Janaillac will be granted a remuneration package identical to the one set for Mr. Alexandre de Juniac in March 2016 (more information is available on the elements of the remuneration under the link http://www.airfranceklm.com/en/remuneration-senior-company-officers).

Jean-Marc Janaillac's biography

Since 2012, Jean-Marc Janaillac has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Transdev, an international transportation group jointly owned by Veolia and the French Caisse des Dépôts. He was previously Chairman and CEO of RATP Dev from 2010 to 2012 and Managing Director, Group Development for RATP from 2004 to 2010. He was Chairman and CEO of the Maeva tourism group from 2000 to 2002 and Chief Operating Officer of the AOM airline from 1997 to 2000. Mr. Janaillac was also an Air France director from 1989 to 1994. He graduated from the HEC Business School and the Ecole Nationale d'Administration.
