Chasing Waterfalls - Resource Timing Data in the Wild: On Thursday, June 26 at 5:00 p.m. PT, Akamai Product Architects Mark Holland and Mike McCall will cover how attendees can look at web page load holistically to better understand real-world performance patterns and how leverage Resource Timing data within their own RUM implementations.

Technology Demonstrations
In addition to technology demonstrations of Akamai solutions and tools designed to help attendees better understand how the company can help them achieve their web experience goals, visitors to the Akamai booth will also be able to see the web performance potential represented by HTTP/2. Through side-by-side comparisons, with one browser using HTTP/2 and the other using HTTP/1.1, attendees will be able to observe the different behaviors related to each and begin to consider the potential impact on their websites and applications.

To celebrate the release of Responsive and Fast (2014, O'Reilly), author Guy Podjarny is scheduled to participate in two book signing sessions at the Akamai booth. From 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. on each of Wednesday, June 25 and Thursday, June 26, Podjarny will be on hand to sign copies of his new book and answer questions about why Responsive Web Design and fast performance do not need to be mutually exclusive.
